Dr. Abd. Rahim joined PNSB in December 2010 as an Executive Director at the Executive Chairman's Office. He holds a Doctrate of Philosophy Degree (PhD) in Management, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Education, both from the Universiti Sains Malaysia. He obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wales College of Cardiff, United Kingdom, a Postgraduate Diploma in Busines Administration from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, and a Diploma in Public Management from the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN). Prior to the present position, he has worked as a General Manager with the PNSB (July 2003 until September 2009). He was an Administrative and Diplomatic Officer with the Government of Malaysia since 1983 until 2003 and has held various senior positions with the Ministry of Finance, the Prime Minister Department, the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), State Economics Planning Unit State of Negeri Sembilan, Ministry of Agriculture, and Ministry of Housing and Local Government. He has served as an Assistant Professor with the Kulliyah of Economics and Management Sciences at the International Islamic University Malaysia, Academic Administrative Officer at the Universiti Sains Malaysia, and the Field Assistant (Oil Palm Plantations) with the Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA).

 
PN. SITI HAJAR ISMAIL
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN’S OFFICE

Pn. Siti Hajar Ismail holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music (Vocal) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and a Certificate of Advances Vocal (Grade 8) from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) London.

She began her career in 1987 as a Vocal Instructor and Music Teacher at several Performing Arts agencies and schools in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur including the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Tourism Malaysia. She also served as a Vocal Lecturer at the Akademi Seni Kebangsaan (known as ASWARA) and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) before she opted to set up her own vocal consultancy company in 1993. Since then, she has provided vocal training and vocal consultancy services to a wide group of audiences such as Kumpulan BAKTI, PUSPANITA, local artists, Akademi Fantasia (ASTRO), Sinaran Pasport Kegemilangan (TV3), Radio Television Malaysia (RTM), Radio Television Brunei (RTB) and many others. Her extensive  experience in the entertainment and education industry has enable Pn .Siti Hajar to contribute to the development and quality control of the education section of the business at her previous company - PROVOIZ.

 
EN. KAMARUZAMAN BIN BUDIN
GENERAL MANAGER, SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN’S OFFICE

En. Kamaruzaman Budin joined Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd on the 15 August 2008 as the General Manager for Special Functions at the Executive Chairman’s Office. En. Kamaruzaman graduated from UiTM in 1980 with a degree in Chartered Institute of Transport (UK) and in 1990 earned his degree from Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (UK). He formerly worked at Pernas Charter Management Sdn Bhd (associate company  of MMC Bhd) as Senior Purchasing Officer from June 1980 to Dec 1993, before leaving Gas Malaysia Sdn Bhd (wholly owned by MMC Bhd) as Senior Manager from Jan 1994 to Aug 2003. He managed his family business prior joining Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd. 

 
EN. RAJINI RAMLAN
GENERAL MANAGER, SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN’S OFFICE

En. Rajini Ramlan graduated with Bachelor in Psychology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and MSc in Social Psychology from London School of Economics and Politicals Sciences, University of London. Currently is pursuing for his Doctorate in Socio-Economic. He attended special program for Executive Development at ITM and Japanese Management at Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan.
