PUNCAK Niaga Holdings Bhd yesterday signed memorandum of understandings with STX Heavy Industries Co Ltd and Pembinaan Kekal Mewah Sdn Bhd to jointly participate in a pre-qualification of contractors for a project in Sabah.

The company told Bursa Malaysia Bhd yesterday that the project was called by Petronas Gas Bhd and Yayasan Sabah Joint Venture Co.

The agreement is synergistic to the group’s business expansion plans to explore potential utilities projects in Sabah.
