KUALA LUMPUR: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd’s 80%-owned Singapore unit, Sino Water Pte Ltd, has recently invested an additional US$1.12mil in Luwei (Pingdingshan) Water Co Ltd.
Luwei is Sino Water’s 83%-owned liability subsidiary formed in Lushan County, Henan Province, China.
The company was notified by Luwei that the regulatory authorities in China had issued the “enterprise legal representative business licence”.
Accordingly, Luwei is now 87.92% unit of Sino Water with a total investment of US$3.403mil. — Bernama
