Shah Alam, 17 February 2009 - The suffering of the Palestinians in the hands of the Israelis, has caught the attention of the staff of the country’s largest water concessionaire, Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd (PNSB) to do their bit to collect a donation of RM6,721.10 to be sent to Mercy Malaysia.

The Managing Director of PNSB, YBhg. Dato’ Matlasa Hitam presented the donation to En. Shaharuddin Asmani, the Assistant General Manager of Mercy Malaysia, in a simple event held at PNSB’s headquarters, at Wisma Rozali, Section 13 Shah Alam, Selangor.

This honourable mission was successfully accomplished through immense cooperation from each head of department by collecting donations from the staff of the departments including staff at the headquarters, water treatment plants, and dams since last two weeks.

The objective of this mission is to instill a sense of awareness and concern to those who are in dire need of funds and it is a medium for the staff to donate heartily to the people of Palestine.

The contribution will be handed to Mercy Malaysia who will send then supply of medicines to the war victims in Palestine.
