PNSB was awarded by the State Government of Selangor, the Distribution Supply System 1 (DSS1) turnkey construction contract sum worth of RM 317 million. This contract includes the laying of some 75.8km of large diameter pipeline ranging from 1,100 mm to 2,200 mm diameter and construction of three (3) reservoirs with a total capacity of 87 ML and two (2) pump houses.

This project enables treated water from Sg. Selangor WTP to be distributed to consumers in Kuala Lumpur, Gombak, Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam. Works for this contract have been fully completed and commissioned on 12 December 2000.
