PNSB has also been awarded by the State Government of Selangor the Distribution Supply System 2 (DSS2) project on a turnkey deferred payment basis which will enable the supply of treated water from Sg. Selangor Phase 2 Scheme to demand areas in Klang and Northern part of Kuala Lumpur. This project includes the laying of some 60.7km of large diameter pipelines ranging from 900 mm to 2,200 mm diameter and the construction of four (4) reservoirs with a total capacity of 128 ML. It also includes a pumping system with a capacity of 285 MLD.

The contract value of DSS2 project is about RM 293 million. The project was completed on 08 July 2001.
