PNSB has completed Turnkey Contract for the planning, design, construction, supervision, testing and commissioning of the new 80 MLD Telibong Water Treatment Plant on October 2008 the RM 313.5 million with 3 nos. of balancing/service reservoirs with combined capacity of 40 million litres. Approximately 45 km of mild steel pipelines ranging from 450mm to 1500mm diameter and off-river storage (earth fill embankment) with gross capacity of 10.6 million cubic metres in Sabah.

The new facilities, will cater water demands from Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP) and the proposed developments in Karambunai Peninsular, Pantai Dalit, Sepangar Bay and along Jalan Sulaiman.
