Managing Director, Puncak Niaga Construction Sdn Bhd

Tuan Syed Badli Shah Syed Mansoor was appointed to the Board of Puncak Niaga Construction Sdn Bhd on 1 October 2021. He joined Puncak Niaga on 9 January 2013 as the General Manager of Non Water Department, Engineering/Project Development Division. He is a degree holder in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in year 1991. Member of NIOSH, Graduate Member of IEM and BEM.

He started his career as a Mechanical Engineer for JCM Sdn Bhd before joining Perbadanan Kilang Felda as Plant Engineer. He also served as Chief Engineer for Johor Aluminium Processing Sdn Bhd. He gained experience as General Production Manager for Linde Industrial Gases Sdn Bhd and constructed three (3) acetylene plants and four (4) filing stations for industrial gases. He was a Plant/Facilities Planning Manager with Alam Flora Sdn Bhd. He was also a Project Director for Jeddah Sewer Networks, Saudi Arabia. Before joining Puncak Niaga, he was the Business Development Manager/Jeddah Branch Manager of WWE Holdings Bhd.

Prior to the appointment as Managing Director of Puncak Niaga Construction Sdn Bhd, he was given the task to head the Business Technical Department. In year 2019, he was head the FMS Department, Z1P2 and in year 2020, he was the head of the D44 Project. He has about thirty (30) years of experience in the construction industry, water & wastewater operation & maintenance projects and solid waste management.

He has involved in carrying out study on waste/waste water, solid waste and schedules waste, proposals where it was submitted to State Government and Federal Government for consideration and approval. He has been actively involved in Safety and Health Committee and was appointed as Secretary for Corporate Safety and Health Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad and Chairman of Safety and Health Committee for Wisma Rozali. He is a Management Representative in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system.
