Puncak Niaga involved in concession facilities management services (FMS) via its subsidiary, TRIplc Berhad. Under the concession with Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), TRIplc is paid concession charges which comprise of Availability Charges (for the availability of the Facilities and Infrastructure) and Maintenance Charges (for the provision of the maintenance works) in accordance with the provision of the Concession Agreement.
