David Ting Kah Soon

David Ting Kah Soon has more than 29 years of experience in finance, accounting and auditing covering a variety of industries including oil and gas, plantation, manufacturing, trading, engineering and construction with 10 years holding a Chief Financial Officer’s role.

Prior to his appointment in Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Bina Puri Holdings Berhad, a public listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. He is in-charge of the overall direction of the Group’s financial and management accounting & policy, treasury & cash-flow management and corporate finance.  Prior to Bina Puri, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Propel Global Berhad (formerly known as Daya Materials Berhad).

Prior to that, he had several senior positions in Malaysian companies as well as public company listed on the stock exchange of Singapore.

Mr. David Ting Kah Soon holds a Bachelor in Accountancy from University of South Australia.  He is a member of CPA Australia and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
